Isa Delannoy (they/them) is a psychotherapy and educational TA trainee. They are committed to increase the inclusion and affirmation of trans and non-binary people in the TA community, by contributing to research and education.

Isa is engaged in developing comprehensive psychotherapeutic support with a multi-modality pool of therapists focused on perinatal mental health, called Our Evolution (https://ourevolution.eu/). They are keen to improve the effectiveness of the support given to neurodivergent parents and the understanding of their needs.

Isa is a parent, finds meaning in learning, connecting with nature and people, and uses meditation, rhythm and movement to remain grounded.

Joshua Okunlola is a coach, facilitator, and trainer with clients, mainly in the education and corporate fields. Joshua's introduction to TA started around 10 years ago when a TA 101 was organised for his school leadership team. Since then, Joshua has been hooked and has undertaken advanced Educational and Organisational TA training.

Joshua is passionate about individuals growing in their “Presence and the Present-ness”

Joshua’s favourite TA theory is the Cycles of Development. It challenged the limiting way he saw development in humans and has added to his frame of reference: The possibility of growth is ever-present, and we are never too old to ‘grow up’.

Joshua is a Father of 5 and, in his spare time, enjoys baking, keeping fit and reading.
